I recently dined at Nine Mile in Asheville, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The ambiance is vibrant and laid-back, with a cozy yet lively atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The menu has a great variety of flavorful Caribbean-inspired dishes, and the food did not disappoint! I had the cool running, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the side dishes were equally delicious. The only downside was the wait for my order. It did take a little longer than expected, which knocked off a star from what would have been a perfect rating. However, the food was absolutely worth it, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout. I'll definitely be back for more and highly recommend Nine Mile for anyone looking for flavorful, hearty meals in Asheville.

Deliciousness. Hearty and filling. Caribbean but with strong thai influences. They also make their own draft beers. Definitely go, but don't expect traditional Caribbean cuisine - this is much more a fusion situation, but still very worth it. Good service too!

This place is busy, even on a Monday night! A testament to how popular it is in Asheville. We grabbed some Caribbean cocktails while we waited, but also highly recommend checking out the beer board to see what is on tap from Nine Mile Brewing. Cool Runnings dish came highly recommend and the flavor was good, although substituting the jerk tofu instead of Cajun chicken was only so-so. The jerk tofu Nine Mile dish was good on linguine and definitely had some kick, but not too spicy. The garlic sesame tahini and orange balsamic dressings were both great. Plenty of vegetarian options.

Finally made it out to Nine Mile for a cute Friday night dinner. The food was incredible, I love their vegetarian/vegan options! Wine was paired well and the wait staff and hostess were so accommodating and kind. I see what the hype is all about, will be returning!

food, service and ambiance was really good. One of the best caribbean restaurants. We ordered three dishes and loved all of them. Beware of their spice levels: hot is reallyyy hot Their rosé sauce is a must try. Definitely going again

I sat at the bar. Blue, the bartender, gave me great assistance in deciding what to get off their menu. With so many choices, Blue helped me narrow it down and nailed it.

They don't take reservations, so we ended up putting our names down and grabbing some drinks at a different bar while we waited. The food is so delicious. All our food had such different flavors. I got the salmon with sweet potatoes. The curry was excellent. It was hard to figure out what to get because everything looks so good. You can't really go wrong with whatever you pick.
